TOURNAMENT OF CLUB CHAMPIONS (TOCC)

jdjhg.jpg

Five ladies from the Castle Oaks Swingers attended the TOCC held at Poppy Ridge in Livermore.  I understand 59 ladies participated in the tournament.  We played the 9 holes on the Zinfandel course.  Our club champion was Sandy Ferrario who placed 3rd in the Championship Flight.
As usual the restaurant served a delicious Butternut Squash and Pumpkin soup along with the salads and cold cuts.  There were several requests for the soup recipe. The chef came out and passed out the recipe so I was asked to share it with you all.
